At Jaykay Streetwear, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. As a small business, we take pride in our products. Each item goes through a thorough quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality merchandise that matches the advertised product.
However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Print-on-Demand Merchandise
All our products are printed on demand based on our standard designs. Since these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. Any kind of defects or damages must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Furthermore, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
What Qualifies as a Defective or Damaged Item?
An item is considered defective or damaged if it meets any of the following criteria at the time of purchase:
Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the product due to mistakes during the production process, such as incorrect printing, misalignment or incomplete designs.
Incorrect Item Received: If the item you received differs from what was ordered (e.g. wrong color, design or product).
Noticeable Imperfections: Significant flaws in the product's workmanship, material, printing, or construction that affect its usability or appearance (e.g. faulty seams, defective print, holes, tears etc)
*Note:
-Ordering the wrong size is not considered a defect. Please check our size chart to ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
-Any defects reported after 7 days from the date of delivery will be considered normal wear and tear, and will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
If your item is defective or damaged, it qualifies for a return, refund, or replacement according to our outlined return process.
Return Process:
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jaykaystreetwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following details:
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Brief description of the issue
Photographic evidence of the defect or damage
We will assess your request and if your return is approved, we will offer you a replacement or refund, along with instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure that all items are securely packaged and sent back to us in their original condition.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. We reserve the right to apply the 'Exceptions to the Return Policy' or the 'Uncollected Order Policy' (see below).
Refunds
If your return request is approved:
We will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Uncollected Orders Policy
When the order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by the courier. If the order is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier, the following policy applies:
Return to Sender: The courier will return the order to us.
Refund Policy: In the case of a returned order due to non-collection, no refunds will be provided. This is because:
The item has been fulfilled and made to order, so production costs have already been incurred.
The original delivery charges have been paid to the courier.
Additional return charges are imposed when the package is returned.
Due to these costs, we are unable to offer any refund for uncollected orders.
Re-shipping Fees: If you would like to have the item re-shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production, and as such, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications. Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are considered final. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submission. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact our support team for assistance.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details, including size and design, before completing their purchase. We recommend checking our size chart to ensure the best fit. We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review our policies periodically to stay informed about any updates.
Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with these laws and regulations.
